Located in one of Destin's most exclusive neighborhoods, this incredible mansion features spacious indoor and outdoor living space, top-of-the-line finishes and furnishings, a private, heated infinity-edge pool, waterfall hot tub and various fountains and water features all overlooking the stunning Destin Lake while still offering plenty of great gulf views. Composed of a main house and a guest house, connected by a covered breezeway that overlooks the lake and the infinity pool, the layout is perfect for multiple families with ample gathering spaces for entertaining.
When you enter the main doors it will take your breath away walking into the living room with a large flat screen TV mounted over a fireplace and overlooking Destin Lake with cascading 20ft tall windows! There's a wet bar with a beverage cooler for even more convenience. The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked and has high-end appliances, including a professional 6 burner gas range and another wet bar off the kitchen. The large, formal dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your fellow guests or make your way to the outdoor balcony for al fresco dining with a backdrop of beautiful lake views. There are two King Suites with private bathrooms and private balcony accesses.
The third floor of the main house is home to the main Master King Suite, with the finest furnishings and linens. This private oasis offers a wet bar, ensuite bath and expansive wrap-around porch with stunning lake and Gulf views.
The first level offers 2 King Suites and a bunk room.
The guest house has it's own private entrances or can be accessed through the covered breezeway from the main house and houses another full gourmet kitchen, living room, 4 King Suites with private bathrooms and an extra large bunk room with a private bath as well.
