The property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for our work retreat guests, the owner was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend booking with him!

Whole family had a blast enjoying Splash. Played pool, swam in pool, enjoyed views from balcony of beach and lake behind house, great food cooked at Splash and at great restaurants around the area. Destin Commons shops one mile away. We enjoyed playing table games in large dining room areas. Everyone had a private bedroom,bath, with TV to recover for next day action in the city.The best part was the large home was easy for us to enjoy quality family time instead of separate hotel rooms.
What a great property and the best house pool I have ever seen. Great place to kick back and have fun with a big group. Well designed Kitchen, Family room and Dinning room help everyone to be together. This is a must book if you want it all.
From the time we booked Splash and spoke with Chuck on the phone, we were excited! Talk about exceeding expectations...and I can be a hard one to impress sometimes. Words cannot express how amazing this property is!
The pool and outdoor areas are gorgeous, and the inside is beautifully decorated. We had 30 guests staying with us for the week of our wedding, and we never once felt that there wasn't enough space to accommodate everyone. The house is a very short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the rooftop with ocean views. The pool and outdoor entertainment areas provide for a nice private atmosphere for parties or just relaxing in the sun. I would highly recommend getting the elevator access and heating the pool. We found both of those options were beneficial for our guests. There's plenty of refrigerator space for food and drinks, and the swim-up bar was a huge hit all week!
We also had the privilege of meeting the owners on our first day, and Chuck stopped by the house several times to make sure everything was perfect! A BIG thank you to the owners, for making our destination wedding so memorable. I seriously have tears in my eyes as I write this review, because it was absolutely perfect!
I could keep writing and writing about how awesome this place is, but if you're checking reviews on this house and considering it, you should just book it and see for yourself!!
We had a group of 12 adults and 20 kids ages 2-14 that stayed here for a week. We loved our time at Splash. Pool is fantastic and the house truly felt like a resort. Easy access to the beach and nearby to activities and many restaurants. I would definitely rent the house again!
