For more than 35 years, our family has been making memories along the breathtaking Emerald Coast and in Destin, beginning in 1989 with our seven children. What started as a family tradition quickly became a lifelong love affair with the beach and ultimately, the inspiration behind SEA-E-O Luxury Vacation Rentals.
We created SEA-E-O because we believe a truly exceptional beach vacation should be more than a beautiful view. It should be an experience comfortable, effortless, memorable, and shared with the people you love most.
As a family of nine, we know firsthand how difficult it can be to find a luxury beach home that offers the space, privacy, and amenities a large family needs. We wanted generous bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful surroundings, gathering spaces for everyone, and the feeling of being completely at home while enjoying the very best of the Emerald Coast.
Over the years, we experienced vacation rentals of every kind, from condos and private homes to hotels and everything in between, traveling from Navarre Beach to Santa Rosa Beach. Those experiences taught us exactly what makes a vacation truly special and what can turn a beautiful property into an exceptional one.
After more than seven years of searching for the perfect place, we found it.
We found a home where our family could gather, where our children could bring their spouses, where future generations could make memories, and where friends could come together to enjoy everything the beach has to offer. That experience inspired us to create SEA-E-O and share our passion for exceptional coastal living with our guests.
A Different Kind of Luxury
At SEA-E-O, we don’t simply manage vacation properties. We personally understand the experience of being a guest.
We know that luxury is in the details: beautifully appointed spaces, comfortable beds, thoughtfully designed gathering areas, spacious accommodations, premium amenities, and a location that allows you to enjoy the beach without compromise.
Most importantly, we understand that our guests aren’t simply booking a property. They’re investing in time together, family reunions, milestone celebrations, long weekends, anniversaries, laughter around the dinner table, and quiet mornings watching the waves.
That’s why we carefully select and manage vacation homes that meet the high standards we would expect for our own family.
Whether you’re planning an unforgettable family vacation, a special celebration, a getaway with friends, or simply a few days to reconnect and recharge, our goal is to make your stay exceptional from beginning to end.
Come experience the Emerald Coast the SEA-E-O way where luxury meets the comfort of home, and every stay becomes part of your family’s story.
